Adnan Jalil is the founder and Principal of Alpha Strategies, LLC, a bipartisan strategic advisory firm focused on an array of policy issues impacting foreign governments, and domestic private sector interests including infrastructure, energy, national security, healthcare, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts on behalf of American firearms manufacturing companies.

Mr. Jalil is a seasoned Federal and International government affairs professional with over 25 years of legislative and policy experience in Washington. Most recently, he served as the Senior Policy Advisor to Congresswoman Renee Ellmers (R-NC-2) and was the principal advisor to the Member on all legislative and political issues involved with her position on the powerful Committee on Energy and Commerce.

During his time in Congress, Mr. Jalil also served as the House Congressional Relations Director for the successful 2016 Trump presidential campaign and worked closely with the Donald J. Trump, Inc., organization from day 1 of the presidential campaign. He was the second employee hired by the Trump Presidential campaign and remains close to the current White House with the original team in 2016.

Mr. Jalil started his career immediately after college working for Congressman Bart Stupak (D-MI-1) and then advocated on behalf of 63 major U.S. multinational corporations on international trade and investment issues at the Emergency Committee for American Trade (ECAT). He then advocated on behalf of members of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) in emerging markets around the world on intellectual property rights, international trade and patent issues within the diplomatic community in Washington and abroad.

Amy Acuff serves as Vice President at Alpha Strategies, LLC, bringing extensive experience in government relations administration and strategic communications. Ms. Acuff plays a key role in advancing the firm's client initiatives.

The late Ambassador R. James Woolsey served as the Director of Central Intelligence from 1993 to 1995 under President Clinton. A Congressional Advisory Board Member and one of Washington's most respected voices on national security, intelligence, and foreign policy, Ambassador Woolsey brought unparalleled strategic insight to Alpha Strategies' foreign policy specific and high net wealth clients.
